Torno Subito presents ‘Friends of Torno Subito’, a series of four-hands dining experiences that blends internationally acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura’s whimsical Italian cuisine with global culinary influences.
The series will see executive chef Alessio Pirozzi team up with revolutionary chefs across the world to craft unique menus that honour each restaurant’s roots and ethos.
The second edition sees a collaboration with celebrity chef Henrique Sá Pessoa of Alma, a two Michelin-starred restaurant in Lisbon — where he shines the spotlight on Portuguese seafood.
