Join us as he presents a special menu inspired by the 19th-century cookbook: ‘Science in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well’, written by Pellegrino Artusi — often regarded as the ‘father’ of Italian cuisine. 

Revisiting the traditions that shaped Italian cooking, Bottura reimagines each dish through a contemporary lens, in tribute to a culinary heritage now recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
